Safety and Compliance with Law-

HOW LONG WE RETAIN YOUR INFORMATION

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Once a booking is confirmed through Slow Living , no refunds shall be issued to the customer under any circumstances. This applies regardless of the reason for cancellation.

In the event that a customer wishes to cancel their booking, Slow living will offer the customer the option to adjust the booking dates. The new dates must be within [a specified timeframe, such as 12 months] from the original booking date, subject to availability. Any price difference due to seasonal rates or other factors may be charged to the customer at the time of rescheduling.
