Just a 3-hour drive from Mumbai, our farm is an artfully designed slow-living retreat nestled within a one-acre permaculture landscape, offering a peaceful escape into nature where thoughtful architecture beautifully frames the surrounding greenery.
Born from a family’s dream of growing their own food and living closer to nature, the farm has evolved into a regenerative tropical food forest cultivated by the family since the lockdown. Designed by Asmita and developed alongside Parth, the home blends natural materials, mindful design, farm-to-table meals, and the simplicity of rural living.
With a private swimming pool and tranquil green surroundings, we invite you to slow down, reconnect with nature, and experience a different kind of luxury.

How To Reach?
By Road
- From Mumbai: Approximately 3.5-4 hours by car, depending on traffic. The route generally follows Thane, Bhiwandi, Kasara, Igatpuri and Nashik, continuing towards Beze Village.
- From Pune: Approximately 5–6 hours by car, depending on traffic and the chosen route.
- From Nashik city: Around 40–50 minutes by car.
By Train
- Nashik Road Railway Station is the nearest major railway station, approximately 35–40 km from the farm. Taxis can be arranged for the onward journey.
By Air
- Nashik Airport at Ozar is approximately 45 km away. For wider flight connectivity, travellers can also fly into Mumbai International Airport and continue by road.
Travel Tip: We recommend travelling by private car or cab for a comfortable journey, as the farm is located in a rural setting. Please use the property’s exact location pin for the final stretch of your journey.

House Rules:
Guests can use all of our spaces while ensuring they follow the house rules. Since we are a private farm located away from the city – we request our guests to be mindful of the natural setting they are in.
We provide a guidebook at the property and suggest that guests go through it for a seamless experience while staying with us.

Cancellation Policy
Once a booking is confirmed through Slow Living, no refunds shall be issued to the customer under any circumstances. This applies regardless of the reason for cancellation.
In the event that a customer wishes to cancel their booking, Slow Living will offer the customer the option to adjust the booking dates. The new dates must be within [a specified timeframe, such as 12 months] from the original booking date, subject to availability. Any price difference due to seasonal rates or other factors may be charged to the customer at the time of rescheduling.
Please note that last-minute cancellations will not be entertained. A guest needs to inform the hotel at least 3 days prior for a date change, if required.
