3. Pricing & Payments

Accommodation prices may vary depending on the property, travel dates, occupancy, and availability.

The final booking amount, including applicable taxes and additional charges, will be communicated before payment.

Payments may be collected through authorized payment gateways, including Razorpay, using supported payment methods.

Any advance payment or outstanding balance requirements will be communicated at the time of booking.

A successful payment does not independently guarantee a reservation until the booking is confirmed.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility depend on the applicable property’s booking policy, which will be communicated before payment.

Guests must contact Slow Living Stays to request a cancellation or booking modification.

Approved refunds will be initiated to the original payment method within [X] business days. The time required for the amount to appear in the guest’s account may depend on the bank or payment provider.

No-shows, early departures, and last-minute cancellations may result in partial or no refunds, as specified in the applicable booking policy.

Slow Living Stays will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes affecting confirmed reservations and assist guests in resolving booking-related concerns.

7. Changes & Unforeseen Circumstances

Travel disruptions, severe weather, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control may affect bookings.

Where such situations arise, we will coordinate with guests and accommodation partners to explore available alternatives, rescheduling, or refunds in accordance with applicable policies and law.

8. Limitation of Liability

Slow Living Stays facilitates accommodation bookings and travel experiences. Where properties are independently operated, the respective accommodation partners are responsible for their on-site services, facilities, and operations.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Privacy & Payment Security

Personal information collected during inquiries and bookings is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Online payments are processed through authorized payment service providers. Slow Living Stays does not directly store complete card details or sensitive card authentication information.

10. Changes to These Terms

Slow Living Stays may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Updated terms will be published on this page. Changes will not retrospectively alter confirmed bookings unless required by applicable law or agreed with the guest.
