Cancellation Policy
Once a booking is confirmed through Slow Living, no refunds shall be issued to the customer under any circumstances. This applies regardless of the reason for cancellation.
In the event that a customer wishes to cancel their booking, Slow Living will offer the customer the option to adjust the booking dates. The new dates must be within [a specified timeframe, such as 12 months] from the original booking date, subject to availability. Any price difference due to seasonal rates or other factors may be charged to the customer at the time of rescheduling.
Please note that last-minute cancellations will not be entertained. A guest needs to inform the hotel at least 3 days prior for a date change, if required.
